Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

How to request a cancellation or return

You can request cancellation of an unfulfilled order, or start a return, through your Customer account.

You can also contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

14-day return period

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

For orders delivered in more than one shipment, the 14-day period begins on the day the final item in the order is delivered.

Returning an item

After you notify us that you wish to return an item, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to return it.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and fit.

Refunds

For an eligible withdrawal, we will refund all payments received for the returned item, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery charge is not refundable.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

Your payment provider may take a few additional working days to show the refunded amount in your account.

Damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution. Where an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, colour or design, please request a return where eligible and place a new order.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
